Day 01: Arrive in Delhi
On arrival at New Delhi International Airport, IndiaTravelTours.Net representative receives you with warm welcome and then transfers you to your pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax at hotel. Dinner and overnight at will be at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi – Leh
In the early morning, you will be transferred to Delhi Airport to board flight to Leh. IndiaTravelTours.Net representative receives you at Leh Airport and transfers you to your pre-booked hotel. Day is free for acclimatization. In the evening, roam in Leh Bazaar and enjoy some shopping. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03: Leh (Shey, Thiksay and Hemis Monasteries)
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy sightseeing tours in and around Leh visiting famous monasteries like Shey Gompa, Thiksay Monastery and Hemis Monastery. Spend rest of the day at leisure or in your own activities. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 04: Leh – Excursion to Likir Monastery & Alchi Monastery
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Take an excursion trio to Alchi. Visit the famous Alchi Monastery and its 1000 year old paintings. En route you will visit famous Likir Monastery. At Likir Monastery you will be see the great stature of Maitreya Buddha. Also visit ht sangam of Indus and Zanskar rivers. Indus and Zanskar are the major rivers in Ladakh – the Little Tibet. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel at Leh.
Day 05: Leh – Khardong La Pass – Leh
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Khardong La Pass (18360 Ft). It is the highest motorable pass in the world. In the afternoon visit the famous Stok Palace Museum – the only residence of the King of Ladakh. Also visit the famous Thiksey Monastery. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel at Leh.
Day 06: Leh – Pangong Lake – Leh
Take sumptuous breakfast at the hotel. Later proceed for full day excursion to Pangong Lake 135 km from Leh. It is one of the most amazing lakes in the entire Himalayas. The Pangong Lake is 140 km long and about 3-5 km in width. More than half of the lake lies in Tibetan Territory. In time back to Leh and check-in at your hotel. Spend evening free in the Leh Bazaar. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel at Leh.
Day 07: Leh – Delhi
In the early morning, you will be transferred to Leh Airport to board flight for Delhi. IndiaTravelTours.Net representative receives you at Delhi Airport and transfers you to the hotel booked. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Enjoy shopping in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 08: Delhi – Departure
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Embark on Delhi sightseeing tours visiting major attractions like India Gate, President House, Parliament House, Old Fort, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple, Birla Temple, etc. After a farewell dinner at the hotel, IndiaTravelTours.Net representative transfers you to New Delhi International Airport to board flight for your home/onward destination.
