Day 01: – Arrival in Delhi
Our best representative will welcome you at the Delhi Airport with a traditional Indian generosity and will guide you to the hotel booked in advance for your accommodation in Delhi.

Day 02: – Delhi – Cochin
Wake up early in the morning and board connected flight to Cochin. You will be amazed by the out of ordinary welcome at Cochin airport by our representative. You will be assisted to your pre-book hotel. Drive from airport to Hotel will be an enchanting journey of the magical land of Kerala to make you speechless amidst the splendid hills, full of coconut orchards, sprawling tea-estates, serene backwaters, and jovial natives. You will get to witness one of the best Ayurveda resorts in Kerala for a spectacular make-over from diseases, body imbalances along with enriching overall beauty and personality.
Day 03 – 09: – Ayurveda Therapy Programme
Early morning the Ayurveda doctor will take a session about the 5000 year old science of Ayurveda and its importance in human life. You will be enrolled in Ayurveda programme after analysis of the treatment that your body needs and will also suit you for the best result. Ayurveda and Yoga tour will start on a full flow.
You will attend a body recreating Yoga session and then you will be entitled with Ayurveda breakfast a part of special diet planned by your Ayurvedic physician. You will be put to strict naturopathy diet with no to non-vegetarian food, smoking, and alcohol. Day 11: – Lake Periyar – Kumarakom

The major attractions are spice plantation, Periyar Wildlife Park, and boat cruise as well as bird watching at the Periyar Lake. From Periyar if time permits we can visit Kumarakom and relax at the backwaters boat cruise.
Day 12: – Departure From Cochin
