Day 01 : Delhi – Arrival
On arrival at Delhi airport, IndiaTravelTours.Net representative greets and transfers you to the pre-booked hotel. Freshen up, change and relax at the hotel. Later embark on half day tour visiting to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, Gurudwara Rakabganj and Gurudwara Sisganj. Later enjoy the welcome dinner and cozy overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02 : Delhi – Chandigarh – Parivar Vichhora – Anandpur Sahib – Chandigarh
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, drive to Chandigarh. On arrival IndiaTravelTours.Net representative greets and transfers you to the hotel. Afternoon visits to Parivar Vichorra, a historical Gurudwara, where tenth Sikh Guru, Guru Govind Singh was separated from some of his family members. Later visit to Anandpur Sahib also known as “the holy city of Bliss”. It is one of the most sacred places of the Sikh religion. Later return back to Chandigarh for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03 : Chandigarh – Amritsar
Enjoy the hearty breakfast at the hotel. Later embark on city tour of Chandigarh visiting Museum, High Court, Rock Garden, Rose Garden, Sukhna Lake, Capitol Complex, etc. Later in the afternoon drive to Amritsar- the city of Golden Temple. On arrival IndiaTravelTours.Net representative greets and transfers you to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 04 : Amritsar – Tarn Taran – Gobindwal – Hazoor Sahib – Amritsar
After breakfast enjoy excursion to Tarn Taran. Here visit to Gurudwara Sri Tarn Taran Sahib, Gurudwara Bibi Bhani Da Khuh, Gurudwara Jhulna Mahal, etc. Also take a dip in the holy water of the Tan Taran Gurudwara, built in honour of the Guru Arjun Dev. It is believed that the water of the tank help to cure leprosy. Later visit to Gobindwal to visit the Gurudwara built by Guru Amardas. Subsequently visit to Hazoor Sahib, where the Samadhi of the second Sikh Guru, Guru Angad Dev Ji, was built by Maharaja Ranjit Singh in 1815. Return back to Amritsar to visit Golden Temple one of the sacred Gurudwara of the Sikh religion built by Maharaja Ranjit Singh. Next visit to Akal Takht, which is a seat to the supreme head of the Sikh religious authority established by the sixth Sikh Guru, Guru Hargobind Singh. Later return back on time to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 05 : Amritsar – Jailianwala Bagh – Baba Bakala – Waga Border – Amritsar
After sumptuous breakfast visit to Jailianwala Bagh. It has historical significance as on April 13, 1919 British General Michael Dyer massacred hundreds of innocent Indian people. Later visit to Baba Bakala, a holy place associated with ninth Guru, Shri Tegh Bahadur. Later drive to Waga Border (Border between India and Pakistan) and watch parade and closing of border for the day. Return to the hotel in Amritsar for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 06 : Amritsar – Delhi
Enjoy relax breakfast at the hotel. Later IndiaTravelTours.Net representative transfers you to the railway station to board train for Delhi. On arrival you will be transferred to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 07 : Delhi Sightseeing – Departure
After sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, embark on city tour of Delhi. Here visit to Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, India Gate, President House, Parliament House, Humayun’s Tomb, etc. After farewell dinner, IndiaTravelTours.Net representative transfers you to the airport to board flight for onward journey or way back home.
